Hi, We are a caring,fun loving relaxed family. We have two wonderful, happy boys(most of the time) that we would like you to take care of. We look forward to welcoming our new family member soon-is it you? :) We live in the countryside and have 3 children-a 16 year old girl and two boys, one who is two and a half and the other is 1 year old. We would not expect our Au Pair to look after our daughter as she is able to look after herself. Where we live is very rural but scenic. It's a place called the Glen of Aherlow, in Tipperary. You may Google it if you wish!!! There is no bus passing the door but on your time off if you wish to go somewhere we will drive you, you can cycle also as you will have full use of a bicycle if you like to cycle. There is a village 3 kms from our house and buses regularly leave from there to Dublin and other cities and towns.We are about 7 miles from Tipperary town. We are looking for someone who will fit in with our family, that is kind, caring and reliable. We would like an Au Pair that would be happy to do some cooking and light housework. I work for the Irish Wheelchair Association and my partner works in Construction. We are both very relaxed easy going people who like to chill out when the work day is over.
We have had Au Pairs before and it was a wonderful experience. Both of our previous Au Pairs have stayed with us for over a year. We hope that we can find someone new who will fit into our family. We look forward to hearing from you! As well as weekly pocket money you will also have an opportunity to earn extra money most weeks by minding the children outside your hours of work at evenings or weekends if you wish to do so. I will very rarely ask you to cook as most of the time I will prepare the dinner when I get home from work....unless of course you want to cook something that you would like yourself-we would love to try some of your food too and get to know about your culture! We give you a room with your own television, a hair dryer, a very comfortable bed, a wardrobe, a desk and mirror. We also supply you with a Samsung Android mobile phone and provide you with €30 credit per month and there is WiFi throughout the house. If we go out for a meal & drinks as a family-we will always ask you if you want to join us and we pay for everything. Any function that you attend we pay your entry fee. There are other small things too but I'm going into too much detail. We want an Au Pair that will live with us for a good length of time and who will be happy in our family.
