We are a busy, active family. We love going out for walks in the country, visiting castles and museums. Our boys like riding there bikes, camping and paying with our dog. They like being creative and like to paint, play lego, constructing in the garage or play minecraft. We also love baking and eating our creations. The boys have clubs after school , swimming, piano, drama, athletics and in winter rugby. We also like to have some lazy, quiet days at home by the fire reading stories or watching films. We are looking for some one to fit in with our family live and be a big sister to our boys.
We would like you to be in charge of the children when we are at work (2-3 days a week, 2hrs in am and 2hrs pm). I am a nurse and work part time, my husband is a design engineer and sometimes travels abroad. We would like you to walk the children to school and home (10-15min walk) and prepare their meals when we are at work and help them/supervise homework. We would like you to keep the boys safe and to have fun together. If you like baking cake, playing lego and watching star wars or Harry Potter and being silly the boys will love you. When me or my husband are at home we take care of the children. The boys are at school from 8:50 -15:30 every day so you will a lot of free time. Most weekends you are off (you will only have the boys if I am at work and my husband is away, which is not very often). I like to walk the dog or go for a run with him for half an hour when the boys are in bed and would like you to babysit. We would like you to help keep the house tidy as you would at your parents house. We like the boys to help set the table for dinner and to clear the table after and put their toys away. I will be back at university in October and would like you to do the ironing please. In return for your help with the house work I will help you to find English course to suite you and take you to English lessons and pick you up each time. I am from Czech but my husband and children only speak English. I am happy to take you and pick you up or drop you off in town or at train station etc. our previous au pairs liked to catch the train to go shopping or cinema or to go to London for the day. We are very flexible and easy going. I was an au pair too and think that if you are happy the boys are happy so me and my husband will be happy. This will be your home while you are here and we would like you to be part of the family....families help each other.
