Dear au pair from United Kingdom, * Picnic by the lake with the snacks or pancakes made by the kids and put in a cane basket? * A morning walk in the mist with wellies on exploring the dew on the grass and the spider webs on plants? * Crazy ballet in the living room where everybody improvises? If this sounds like your kind of family, please read on ... We live north of the beautiful castle town of Fredensborg. Our house is facing a lake (Esrum Lake) - and you will have the sunset through the windows of your room every night. We love the outdoors - and we love exploring the seasons in the nature and nearby forests. The girls are off to school and Kindergarten by 8 am and return around 2.30 pm. You job will first and foremost be to stimulate the girls' oral and written English, do pick-ups, babysit, and do some cooking and cleaning.
We expect from our au pair: - presence and being at eye-level with our girls - responsibility - quirky activities that stimulate our children's minds and healthy development - a willingness to teach English to our girls (and explore the language with them) - flexibility - honesty You can expect from us: - respect and support - warmth - a willingness to connect you with relevant people and environments that support your development whilst in Denmark with us - flexibility - good laughs :)
