Dear Aupair, I’m Olga Arribas, Alonso´s mother: We liked a lot your profile as au-pair for our son. He is an affectionate and extrovert child. He loves playing with other children, and also loves that someone can read him stories. He is now learning how to read, he is now four, and his birthday is the 3rd of June. We live in Segovia, near the Aqueduct, which makes easy to get to all places of interest here. Segovia is a small city, near Madrid (25 min train), the capital of Spain. It´s a quiet and beautiful city where you will feel very comfortable as you can go walking everywhere. Summer´s are not very hot and winters are a bit hard but not very much. It doesn´t rain very often and it´s usually sunny. It sometimes snows and people go skiing to the mountain which is one hour far by car. I´m sure you´ll love our city with lots of old monuments, the roman aqueduct is 2000 years old, the cathedral from the XVI century, the alcazar and lots of Romanesque and Gothic churches. Alonso’s school is also near our home, and you can go walking easily there. We also have on hand several playing parks for children, shops, supermarkets, etc. As you know, your working time is 20 hours a week, from Monday to Friday. You´ll have weekends free. We will adjust your timetables in detail as we go along. The salary will be 70 euros per week, and you will prepare all meals and do the washing-up too. Your work will consist on paying attention to Alonso in all his tasks: taking a bath, park, school, etc. You will have a private bedroom and bathroom, and therefore you´ll have some

Your bedroom is close to Alonso´s. We would love if you could stay here for two years, and therefore there wouldn´t be so many changes.
