We are a positive and friendly family of 4 living at Helsinki region, Järvenpää. Our children are at school and daycare partly during the days, we don't smoke or have pets. Father Tuomas (40) is occupational therapist and travels due to his work. He is handy, likes building and making handcrafts as well. Mother Annika (38) is a physical therapist and starts Masters of Health Science this autumn. As youth she has been active in a international childrens organisation, an au pair in Sweden and worked in UK for two years. Our daughter (8) starts her 2nd grade at August and loves swimming, gymnastics, drawing, playing games and playing funny things with her friends. Our son (4) loves building Lego's for hours. He likes drawing and swimming as well. He is at daycare for 4 days a week and mostly have a long weekend at home.
We hope to learn about you, your culture and values as well as give our children an opportunity to learn other language. We will welcome you as a family member but will respect your privacy and freetime. We would like to help you to find hobbies, connect with other au pairs or local youths. During the week we will need help in the mornings before our daughter goes to school and our son starts daycare (at 9am) as well as at the afternoon (from 3-4pm). Light domestic tasks is included among with other family members. A valid driving license is required while taking kids to sports/day care or school. Our needs for your help will change on weekly basis due to our work and studying schedule. Your weekends will be mostly free and we will respect the
