I am a father for two daughters, 13 and 16. I have divorced and look for help in both, everyday household and the hobby (horses) of the children. I travel some in business and sometimes have to work late. Both children are very active with horses which are located 25 min. from our house. So this takes quite big share of the freetime. The girls take good care of their school and are en general very well behaving. The person I am looking for should be active, good (open) with people in general, likes horses and to spend also freetime with us. I also wish that you know already some abot Finland, weather, culture and the local way of living.
Your job would be managing the house and our everyday life. This includes normal activities from cleaning to cooking - but the jobs including will also be done by the family. Everybody will take part. Another part is the freetime which mostly is spent with the horses. Being active with them - anyway you feel comfortable - is important since the children spend a lot of time there.
