Dear Au-pair, we are a lively and funny, rather outdoor family of two adults and 3 children (16/7/1) and in November with another baby :-) Living in Switzerland in a nature reserve protected area of the Swiss Jura, we have a beautiful little farm with own well and forest, just 2 cats and a very funny dog ("Mary", Border Collie mix), no other animals. A large garden of 2 ha, with pool, kids play house, veggie+herb garden etc. The bigger cities of Basel and Bern are easy to reach, and we just live about 30km from the French border. The next French speaking town (Moutier) is close by with 15km. Our house is all day til late night easy to reach with public transport. This area is great for sports, biking, hiking, climbing. There are a lot of young people around, many possibilities for going out. We seek for an Au-pair just taking care of the children, almost no house work necessary, we offer a beautiful sunny room in a spacious house, modern but cosy, free WLAN and your own telephone, car usage, enough opportunities for own activities and language classes. An Au-pair is considered in our family as family member and not a house worker, will be treated with all friendliness and not ruled around. Around 40h/month kids care, sometimes cooking and, if you desire, also travelling and gardening with the family. We are looking forward to greet a nature loving aupair who is active and outgoing, loves laughing and enjoying also rainy days.
