We are looking for someone to start with us at the end of August. Our first Au Pair was 19 and from France. She stayed with us from September 2023 through to March 2024. Our second Au Pair was 19 and from Italy. She joined us in March 2024 and stayed until September 2024. Our first Au Pair came back in September and will be staying with us until March 2025. Julie joined us in March and will be leaving in August. All are willing to provide a reference upon request. Due to visa restrictions with Britain leaving the EU our current and last Au Pair's were only able to stay for 6 months. My wife passed away in May 2023 and our family requires some additional help in the home. We require a help around the house with daily chores, a meal prepared in the afternoon/evening and just another person in the house in the evenings whilst I run the children to their various sporting activities. We are an easy going family and don't take ourselves too seriously, but we live a busy life. Between school, sports and socialising with friends, as their dad I am usually driving one, two or all three of the children somewhere each evening. We have a small dog, Jess, who is very friendly.
We are looking for someone who is willing to be a part of our family for at least 6 months. You would be welcomed into our home and treated as a family member, not as an employee. During normal school terms the house is empty between 0745 and 1530 during the week, and we tend to have something social on every weekend.
