We have a very unique live style, and this placement would be ideal for anyone interested in education. We live and work in an independent school for girls. Looking after and educating girls from the age of 12 to 18. I am the Housemistress for the year 8’s, which are girls ages between 12/13. Most of the girls are English, but we also have some international girls from Singapore to the Bahamas. You will only need to work during the school term but are more than welcome to stay in the school accommodation and travel during around the UK during the holidays.
Zac attends school Monday to Friday 8.15-5pm, so I will need help getting him ready for school and putting him on the school bus in the morning. During the day you will need to look after Charlie, who will be 9 months. Looking after his day to day needs. In an evening you will need to collect zac from the school bus. Supper will be served in the dinning room, from 6pm. After supper you will be needed to get the boys ready for bed. And put them to bed and monitor them until they go to sleep. When on duty at the weekend you will have both boys at home. You are more than welcome to walk around the school site, take them to the park or to the soft play. You will be given a debit card to pay for taxis or food for yourself and the boys. If you are able to drive you will have access to a car. Each week could be different depending on the challenge and duties I will be performing at school. Phil, travels abroad quite a lot and some weeks he will be available to look after both of the boys. So your working hours will change week on week. You maybe required to do occasional housework, such as washing up and a small amount of laundry. Time off: You will have a minimum of 36 hours a week (this will be when i am off duty.). You will also not be required to work school holidays or exeat (these are set at the beginning of the year.), but accommodation will be available.
