Dear Au Pair, We are a crazy family of three, Giovanna, Fabrizio and Laura, who is eleven years old and Titti and Kio, the cats. We are searching for your help because where we live we don't have any relative and we need someone who could help us in taking care of our daughter Laura and help her to improve her english or spanish. We could also consider to introduce french as a new language. We would be happy to welcome you in our home and to share with you our daily life and lifestyle and we hope that you would be also as interested in our culture and willing to share your culture with us. We hope to find an outgoing, smiling and open minded person, who can be responsible, mature and balanced with Laura and who could be a positive model for her. We think that the a succesful experience is strictly related with a good match and we realized that the most important features for us is open mindness, real interest towards other cultures, honesty and dialogue. We would love to build such a kind of relationship with you and you can count on open-mindness, real interest, honesty and dialogue on our side. We will try to do our best to welcome you and to make you feeling at home and to make your au pair experience a wonderful memory. We generally need help from monday to friday. Generally saturday and sunday will be free. During week days the task would consist in helping with housework from eight to ten in the morning and then helping with our daughter from two to six in the afternoon. We will be available to provide any further infos about the daily routine. The most important features that we ask our au pair to have are to be responsible and grounded, to be punctual in her commitment, to be tidy and clean in common and private spaces, to be honest and talk frankly about any difficulties may arise, to have a real interest of knowing the culture and the family In change we can give, open mindness, warm environment, be respectful of her free time and spaces, being open towards difficulties or problems because there is always a way.
