We are new-ish to this parenting thing, but before that my husband and I traveled extensively! We love to cook, hike, ski and spend time outdoors. We have a very active little boy, he is just 10 months old and in to everything! We want to bring in an au pair that is looking for adventure and is very active. We live on a mountainside just outside of bustling Denver. From one side of the property you can see the twinkling city and the other you can see A basin/the Continental Divide. We want you to enjoy your time here, make friends and share in our community and help our son grow up with a worldly perspective. We would like a minimum of 4-month commitment at 40 hours per week. We are easy going and flexible.
Basic child care and some house chores, mostly just cleaning up after yourself throughout the day and the baby. Driving is necessary as we live up a hill and you will need to drive to library, hiking destinations and any attractions you would like to visit. We are happy to help you obtain a driver license and help you learn if you are not experienced. You will be part of this family during your stay here, not 'the help'. You are welcome to eat with us, play with us and travel with us as you so choose. You will also be expected to clean up after yourself and we would like roughly 40 hours per week from you, some weeks this will be less as our schedules fluctuate, we want you to enjoy your time here. We are easy going and flexible.
