We are a busy family of 5: mum (Monika), dad(Tope) and 3 children. Our children are 9 yrs (Jonathan), 8 yrs (Esther) and 4 months old (Victoria). Soon I looking to go back to work after my maternity, and looking for someone to look after our youngest baby. She will be 6-8 months at the time. The older children are in school during the day, and have lots of after school activities. They are very friendly and active children. Both me and my husband works full time, and generally we are busy during the week. The weekends are more relaxed, we like spending family time, just chill at home or have family outing. We live in a small village in Bedfordshire with lovely countryside around, but bigger towns, Luton, Milton Keynes and Leighton Buzzard are easy reach by bus. We have good bus links. We are a mixed heritage family (Hungarian and Nigerian) and we are very like to learn about different cultures and traditions.
We are looking for someone with a calm and cheerful personality to look after our baby during the day (8.30 am - 3pm), 4-5 days a week. You will not need to look after the older children, just the baby, who will be around 6-8 months old at thetime. Your job also include some light housework, such as washing up and general tidying. The evenings and weekends are free, we might ask you to babysitt one evening per month (for all three chidlren.) We are looking for someone, who would be happy to be part of our family, and interact with the children (though you do not have to look after the older children, they will love to talk to you) You would also be wellcome to join us whenever we have family outings.
