IIF (Innovation Integration Future) - Communication Projects is a language company based in Artà (Mallorca). Our aim is teaching languages in a different way. We organize language courses abroad and we help those who want to work in a different country. Lots of families in our area are concerned about the importance of learning languages at early stages and, for this reason, every time they are more interested in having au pairs at home with them. Their main aim, as stated before, is the practice of a language, in this case English. Our families are open minded people who live in a perfect environment for bringing up a child. Our company would put in touch the families and the au pairs interested in spending time in a place like Mallorca.
The Au pair would need to spend time with the kids of the family and practice English with them. Basically, the way families expect the au pairs to improve their kids' English is through games. Artà (our town) is surrounded by a natural park and lots of unspoiled beaches and, for this reason, many of the activities could be done outside. The au pair would enjoy free days a week. Obviously, this will be previously agreed with the family. In most of the cases our families do not expect our au pairs to do any house work.
