We are a French family living in Maidenhead, Berkshire (UK). Our family includes Christelle the mum, Olivier the dad, Emily who is 7 years old and Sparkle the cat. We are a happy, friendly and caring family. We are looking for a warm, fun and loving person to join our family. We live in a house in a quiet neighbourhood, right in the town centre. Both mum and dad work full time. Mum works in marketing and dad works in sales - both in IT / software. Emily goes to a local private school (3 mins walk from home). School hours are 8.30am-3.45pm every weekday. Emily loves dancing and music, Lego friends & Playmobil, board games... She loves pretending to be a teacher or a designer... She loves anything girly... She loves Harry Potter! Emily is a happy child. She cares for others and is very sensitive. She loves learning, she loves playing. She likes structure and routine.
As both mum and dad work full time, we are looking for an au pair to: - help us with breakfast, help Emily get ready for school and take her to school - pick up Emily from school at 3.45pm every weekday, play with her, help her with homework etc. until mum and/or dad are back from work (between 5.30 - 6.30pm approx.). - help get dinner ready, and help out with house chores as and when required. We expect the au pair to provide evening / weekend baby-sitting, 2-3 times per month maximum. We are looking for a positive experience on both sides and will make sure that the au pair is fully part of the family. We expect the au pair to become a full family member while with us. The au pair will benefit from a lovely spacious room with en-suite. Our house is close to Maidenhead shopping area / town centre, and is walking distance from all amenities (cinema, swimming pool / leisure centre, restaurants, bars etc), as well as train station - taking you into London in 20 mins.
