We are a family of four, Isabel (mum), Antonio (dad), Andres and Marco, 7 and 5-yr old boys. We enjoy sports, cinema, friends, travelling and home time. We are a multicultural family with different backgrounds (mum Italian Venezuelan, dad Spanish, kids born in the UK but feel Spanish). At home we speak English and Spanish, equally fluent, other languages can be spoken too like French and Italian. We live very close to Luxembourg city centre, in a little village called Munsbach. We both work in Luxembourg city, and that's also where the boys go to school. Day life is not stressful as school, house and office are close by. Kids go to activities some afternoons during the day. During free time we like them to do sports and use their little brains to do creative stuff.
The au pair tasks will be as follows Helping us in the morning to get the children ready to go to school. Picking them up from school 2/3 days a week and depending on the days, take them to activities. Help kids with homework if we have not arrived. Babysit 2/3 times a month. Help us with the kids dinner. Our aupair needs a driving license and some driving experience, for us this is paramount. There will be plenty of free time for the aupair to do her/his own tasks. We offer them a language course which we pay, course tends to be 3 days a week during the mornings, of course this depends on the aupair's desire of what to do. The aupair will have her/his own bedroom and bathroom, spacious room and double bed. I think this is a good opportunity for you to learn another language, meet different nationalities, know another country whilst living with a friendly family.
