We are a family from Dortmund and we are searching for an au-pair starting april 2018. Our daughter is 3.5 years old. She attends kindergarten from 8.30 am - 1 pm. Our second child will be born in June 2018 and therefore we will need support. We wish for an intensive contact with the English language for our daughter. And we also would love to improve our language skills and help you learning German. In first line, your task will be the care for the baby in time I am working by the hour. Flexibility is very essential to meet the needs of the baby. Furthermore, helping cooking and taking our daughter from kindergarten world be a great benefit to us. 2 of us live vegetarian / vegan. Along other animals, two horses belong to our family. It would be perfect if you liked horses, too. The willingness to gain a basic understanding of horses would be fine to support our daughter while taking care for "her" horse. We offer a welcoming atmosphere and see you as a family member. To us, Au pair means taking and giving with a cultural exchange. Instead of sticking to strict rules we would like to create a trustful and real partnership. You are welcome to join us during free time. For us, a Caring and valueted atmosphere in the family is important as we follow the attachment parenting style without punishment to meet our children's needs.
