We are a lovely all-women family of three generations. Grandma is a retired teacher - 69 and not very well at the moment. I am 30, also an ex-teacher and now work full-time in the education charity sector. Mum of the house (my sister) is a young parent in need of some help. And baby is 18 months and the joy of our lives!
We are looking for an au pair to live with us in a bright, spacious room in a central part of London. Our ideal au pair is an experienced woman, who can work with mum and baby to develop sustainable routines, and provide childcare as mum steps into part-time work. We are happy to be flexible on hours, as we work as a team, but au pair duties would include: some solo babysitting - taking baby out to do things, or doing fun activities at home while mum works; working with mum and baby to practice morning breakfast routines; working with mum and baby to practice evening routines including cooking; helping keep things tidy (not including heavy duty cleaning - we have a cleaner).
