Hi We are the Smithson Family. Kevin, Sarah, Frederick and Josephine. We live in a little village just outside Cambridge. Our village has a london train line that connects into Cambridge (15 minutes) and into London (kings cross 60 minutes) so it would be very easy for our Au Pair to travel and explore the country if she/he wished to. Kevin works full time (Monday to Friday) and Sarah works full days Monday to Thursday. Frederick is starting school in September and therefore we would like to have someone to live with us and help taking him to school and taking Josephine to nursery. We have two cars, both of which we would insure our Au Pair on, to enable them to transport the children to their school/nursery setting Monday-Thursday. Our Au Pair would have Friday, Saturday and Sunday free to do as they wished but would also be welcome to enjoy in with any activities we had planned as a family. We would like someone who wants to be part of our family - very loving and kind, happy and outgoing. We are looking for a happy easy going aupair, who can help Fred and Josie get ready for school/nursery do breakfast for them. Take them to nursery/school. Do basic chores associated with them, make beds, tidy rooms, do their laundry. Collect both from school nursery. Entertain them till dinner. Cook dinner for them. Mum and dad will be home 18.00 to do bath and bedtime. Mum only works 4 days so requirement is only Monday to Thursday. Must be able to drive in UK. Ideally looking for a long term aupair. Frederick starts school in September so we need someone to help get both children ready from 07.30am, give them breakfast and then take them to school / nursery. We then need someone to collect Frederick from school around 15.25 and Josephine from nursery around 16.00. Both children will need to have their dinner cooked for them. Kevin/I will usually be home from work around 18.30 to see them before bedtime / give them their bath and put them to bed. We would like an Au Pair who would be willing to help with the children's washing / keeping their bedrooms and playroom tidy / cooking their meals during the week / making sure they had the appropriate bags for school and nursery. We would like someone who would occasionally babysit in the evenings if Kevin/I had to be away with work at the same time. We have a very loving and outgoing family who would ensure that our Au Pair was treated as part of the family. They would be welcome to join in with our family activities if they wanted to or to have time to themselves. Our Au Pair would have their own bedroom and bathroom (separate to the children's).
