Hi, Thank you for reading our profile we hope we are the host family you are looking for. We are looking for an aupair to be a big sister for our 2 fun loving girls & to help out whilst we work and to be available as soon as possible after 15 August 2017. We live on the small but busy island of Jersey which is off the North French coast. It's a fun, sporty, and social island with lots to do and nothing is too far away. Our house is located on the West of the Island near the lavender farm, and is on the main bus route (airport to town) which goes every 20 mins. There are numerous shops within a few minutes walk and Jersey's best beach (St Brelade's Bay) is about 10 minutes walk away or 3 minute drive. We are an easy going family of 4 & a dog (William, Lisa, Ellie, Vicky & a border terrier 'Alfie'). We are all rather sporty and enjoy the outdoors. William (Dad) 36 Irish, works in banking and has a love for rugby, photography,, the gym & cycling. Lisa (Mum) 41 Jersey born, also in finance. Likes playing & coaching Hockey and used to horse ride. Our girls are also both Jersey born. Ellie is 6 and Vicky is 3 (turns 4 on 1 Aug), both attend the local primary school during week days, and enjoy swimming, gymnastics & ballet. Alfie is 18 months old, very gentle and loves his walks.
We are currently looking for an enthusiastic female (live in) to start after as close to 15th August and to be with us for 6-12months or more. You need to be easy going & of course like being around children. You must be able to speak good English, be a good swimmer & drive a car with gears confidently. You will be assisting us with the girls whilst we work. You will have lots of time to yourself, either to study/exercise, explore the island meet up with friends etc. You will have your own double bedroom with WIFI, TV/DVD player & share the main bathroom (large bath and walk in shower) with Ellie & Vicky.
