Hello, we are a family of 4, with 2 little girls. One of them will start school this year, the other will start school nursery in January. Daddy is working full time; mummy is part time but has an upcoming big exam this year so will need help in entertaining these 2 little girls to have time for more studying while at home. Parents are both Italian but the little girls have been born here in Scotland and speak (at least the older one) fluent English with maybe a bit of scottish accent, at least I have been told so). We tend to speak Italian among ourselves, but will adjust to English if there is someone around who do not speak Italian. We are looking for a friendly girl, which loves engaging with children (and knows this by experience, not just think she does). Must be patient, kind and fun for the girls. The right person will have her own en-suite double bedroom, for her privacy when want it, but I hope we will became like a family member. My older daughter always tell me she wish she had an older sister and I hope you will be the answer to her wish and a lovely help for us all. We will help if you want to attend couses (in town there is a bit of everything, including english). Would prefer european and italian or german mothertongue if feasible.
You will be involved in helping preparing the girls for school in the morning, walking or driving them to school/nursery, pick them up, stay with them until parents are back (this may involve preparing a light meal or give them a snack). Mostly no screen time is allowed while with them, but there will be a lot of toys and crafting activity available. Delivery and pick up from extra-school activity may be needed some days. Would expect 1 or max 2 evening too. You will be involved in keeping the toys tidy and clean after the girls (although we try to make them responsible for them self as much as possible). Light housework and help in preparing family meal may be discussed and mutual agreed based on what you are comfortable with/are able to do.
