We are a British married couple with one daughter who will be 12 months old when the position is due to start. We are Directors of a British yacht charter sailing company and we work out in Greece during the summer time between May and October. We are looking for an outgoing person who enjoys travel who would like to join a British family whilst they work out in Greece over the summer time. We would ideally like someone who is available from May - end of September but we do have a little flexibility on start and end dates.
A perfect opportunity for to work and live with a British family during the summertime on a beautiful Greek island. We are looking for an au pair to work on the Greek island of Lefkas caring for the 12 month old baby of two of the Directors of Island Sailing for the duration of the summer season (May-October). For anyone who enjoys or would like to be involved with sailing there is also the opportunity to occasionally sail on the flotilla lead yacht assisting the flotilla skippers and crew. This live in role will be based on the beautiful Greek Ionian island of Lefkas (also known as Lefkada). You will have shared responsibility with hands-on parents for the care of one young girl, aged 12 months. You will provide a safe, hygienic and stimulating environment for the baby, prepare healthy meals and snacks and ensure that the villa baby and play areas are kept clean and tidy. You must be a strong swimmer and enjoy an active lifestyle as the villa has a pool and, from time to time you will have the chance to sail with our flotilla and will also accompany the family on short sailing trips on a yacht around the Greek islands.
