Hi! My name is Sidney, I’m from Italy I’m 21 years old and I would love to become an au pair in Australia. I speak six languages, and one of my goals is to improve my English in a natural and immersive way, by living with an Australian family. I am fascinated by your country’s open culture, amazing beaches, and connection to nature, and I believe being part of a local family would be a life-changing experience. I come from a large Balkan family, so I’m very used to helping out with younger siblings and cousins. Taking care of children comes naturally to me, and I love spending time playing, helping with homework, or organizing creative activities. I’m a calm, warm, and reliable person — and I always try to make kids feel safe and loved. Since I’m very passionate about the ocean and nature, I’d ideally love to live with a host family located within 10 minutes walking distance from the beach. The idea of waking up near the sea, being able to go for a walk or a swim, and sharing this lifestyle with your family sounds like a dream come true. I’m also curious about the possibility of finding a part-time job during my stay, if that fits well with the au pair duties and family schedule. I believe this could help me grow even more personally and professionally during my time in Australia.
