Hola, amazing families! My name is Marnie M. Napisa, I'm 26 years old, born and raised in the Philippines. I graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Hotel Restaurant Management. I'm single and have no kids. I have parents and 2 siblings (1 brother and 1 sister). My past experiences after I finished my degree in 2019 included working as a hotel receptionist for a year, a housekeeping attendant for several months, and finally, I became a call center agent for a year and a half. I support my family alone, paying all expenses as I'm the only one working and the last card in our family , while at the same time saving money until I decided to go abroad, where my next journey began . I accepted a job abroad as a residential cleaner for a year and a half, then decided to leave and look for a better job. I took a CACHE Level 2 Certificate and graduated. What was it? Introducing Caring for Children and Young People prepares learners with little to no recent experience in working in an early years childcare setting , getting them ready for future learning and training while providing practical skills. I'm all about combining fun and learning! Now, I'm currently working in a nursery as a teacher assistant . - Helping teachers with lesson preparation, including collecting materials and setting up equipment. - Reviewing lessons or lectures with students on a one-on-one basis or in small groups. - Supervising students in class, between classes, and during recreation periods and field trips. - Tracking attendance, grading assignments, and calculating grades. - Giving extra help to students who need special accommodations or are struggling with a concept. - Assisting students with special learning requirements, including disabilities or English as a second language. - Attending faculty meetings and parent conferences. - Collaborating with the teacher to identify student issues and recommend solutions. - Observing state, school, and class rules and regulations. - Using play to help children learn and develop. - Ensuring children are safe and nurtured. - Setting up and running nursery sessions. - Planning and supervising activities . - Taking children on outings . - Ensuring all children are fed and hydrated . - Promoting and supporting the safeguarding of children and young people in the workplace . - Working alongside parents/carers of special needs children to provide details of progress . - Cleaning and changing children when necessary. What makes me special? I'm:- Full of energy, easygoing, friendly, and positive -your kids will always have a buddy to play with! - Responsible and organized-I handle routines and chores like a champ. - Caring and patient-I know how to handle meltdowns with love and calm. - Creative with a love for singing and dancing. - Confident in cooking and always happy to learn new recipes. - Keeping the house tidy . - An animal lover-comfortable with pets . - Able to ride a bike . - Fluent in English. I believe in creating a warm and happy home where your kids feel safe, valued, and excited to learn and explore. My goal is to not just be a helper, but to become a real part of your family!
