Growing up in Nepal, I was raised in a culture where young girls are often entrusted with significant household responsibilities from an early age. It is deeply rooted in our tradition for daughters to learn essential life skills early — such as cooking, cleaning, caring for younger siblings, and managing daily chores — not out of necessity alone, but as part of preparing us to be strong, capable, and dependable individuals. This upbringing has not only taught me discipline, responsibility, and resilience, but also shaped my ability to multitask and care for others with patience and empathy. These cultural values have been an integral part of my development and are qualities I proudly carry with me in any role I take on, especially as an au pair. With extensive hands-on experience in childcare and household management, I am highly skilled in maintaining a well-organized, clean, and nurturing home environment. I am confident in handling a variety of domestic responsibilities, including meal preparation, laundry, tidying up, and creating structured daily routines. My background includes caring for children of different ages, where I have developed a deep understanding of their emotional, educational, and developmental needs. I am known for being proactive, detail-oriented, and dependable — qualities that allow me to manage household duties efficiently while ensuring the children’s well-being, safety, and happiness. My goal is to support the family not only as a caregiver but also as a reliable and capable household assistant.
