Hi! My name is Alina, I come from Tromsø - a small city in northern Norway. I am a cheerful and caring person, who enjoys taking on new challenges and exploring new opportunities. After finishing high school, I would love to experience the world - and I believe being an au pair is a wonderful way to do so. I have always been adventurous and curious – many would probably describe me as fearless. When I was 5 or 6 years old, I started acting, which has been something I’ve really enjoyed ever since, whether it’s in theatre plays or films. I believe what makes me unique is the deep love I have for the people around me. I often put others before myself, which gives me a sense of fulfillment and joy. I love taking on new challenges, expressing myself, and contributing to the well-being of others. In my free time, I am passionate about theatre and have been involved in football for many years. One of the activities I have dedicated a lot of time to over the past five years is being a part of the youth council in my city. As a member, I’ve been part of an advisory body that collaborates with the local government to make Tromsø the best city for young people to live in. One of the projects I am proud to have contributed to is the process of Tromsø becoming the European Youth Capital in 2026. Through theatre in my hometown, I had the opportunity to become a theatre instructor for children aged 4 to 16. This was a wonderful and fulfilling experience, full of play, song, dance, and, most importantly, the joy of performing. Currently, I work at a nursing home for the elderly, which I also find very rewarding. Here, I get to help and support elderly individuals, whether through singing, dancing, engaging in meaningful conversations, or simply offering a hand to hold. Helping others, providing care, and being a trustworthy presence is incredibly fulfilling for me. I am eager to be present, give my best, and learn along the way. I am flexible, hardworking, and compassionate, and I am confident these qualities will make me a great addition to your family.
