To avoid misunderstandings it&#8217;s\u00a0recommended that you\u00a0establish your au pair&#8217;s\u00a0schedule before she\/he\u00a0arrives in your country.<\/p>\n<p>The main\u00a0advantage of having a clear schedule is that daily routines are well organised and your au pair\u00a0will know exactly what to do and when.<\/p>\n<p>When you make the au pair schedule, keep in mind that the au pair\u00a0working hours should not exceed a certain amount. This amount varies\u00a0from country to country.
